Thomas has the experience needed to win your personal injury case. He has practiced law as an insurance lawyer and a personal injury lawyer for the past 26 years. He has been a law partner at Fosters Law LLP since 2004, with a practice representing accident victims who have suffered catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death as a result of a motor vehicle accident, truck accident, motorcycle accident, ATV accident. He also represents insurance companies in wide range of legal matters and insurance coverage disputes.
Thomas understands what you are going through after you have suffered a serious personal injury. His own traumatic accident and catastrophic personal injury from a car accident led him to become the personal injury lawyer he is today. Days before his 18th birthday, Thomas was cycling and hit head-on by a fast-moving pick-up truck. He sustained a traumatic brain injury, severe orthopedic injury, and a spinal cord injury. His many surgeries, multiple hospitalizations and his long rehabilitation to recover from severe injury led him to become the compassionate and experienced personal injury lawyer he is today.
After missing a year of school and with the support of his family and his very patient medical and rehabilitation team, Thomas completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario and then obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall.
While Thomas and his dedicated team of lawyers and law clerks at Fosters Law have handled thousands of personal injury claims across the Province of Ontario, he is a longtime resident of London Ontario and enjoys a vibrant lifestyle with his wife and two children. He is an avid supporter of many community initiatives including the Brain Injury Association of London, the Concussion Legacy Foundation Canada and the Children’s Health Foundation. With the support of Fosters Law, Thomas and his wife Amanda have through their annual trivia fundraiser “Mind Games” raised significant funds for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Care Program at London Health Sciences.
