Darryl joined Fosters Law LLP following his call to the Bar in July 2004.
His practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation. Darryl completed his LL.B. at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with distinction, was on the Dean’s honour list and was a recipient of the Law Society of Upper Canada’s award. Darryl was granted the award for the Top Advocate at the National Laskin Moot Appellate Advocacy Competition. He remains active at the University of Western Ontario’s Law School.
Darryl prides himself on seeing the bigger picture, working to advance the best possible outcome as well as his ability to achieve resolution in extremely challenging cases. Leisure time is spent enjoying the outdoors and participating in various sports.
